LTOYS Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rules by which affiliates may promote products sold on www.ltoys.lu using tracking links provided by LTOYS and receive commissions on qualifying sales.

2. Registration

To join the affiliate program, applicants must:

Create an account on the LTOYS affiliate platform,

Provide accurate and truthful information about their identity or company,

Accept these Terms and Conditions.

LTOYS reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to the program at any time in case of breach of these terms.

3. Commissions and Payment

LTOYS applies various commission rates depending on the products or categories. Affiliates must refer to the official commission rate table provided separately by LTOYS.

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount excluding taxes and shipping costs of valid, non-returned orders.

Sales must be made via the tracking links provided by LTOYS.

Payments are made monthly, starting from a minimum balance of €50.

Payments are made via bank transfer, after invoice issuance by the affiliate or validation via the platform, according to applicable tax obligations.

4. Eligible Products

All products sold on the LTOYS website are eligible for commission, unless explicitly excluded by LTOYS (e.g., special internal offers, direct brand agreements). Affiliates will be informed of any exclusions.

5. Exclusivity – “Brick” Segment

The affiliate receives exclusivity for the promotion of brick-type toy products (e.g., LEGO®) within Luxembourg, for the duration of this agreement. In return, the affiliate agrees not to promote competing websites in this segment and territory.

6. Affiliate Obligations

The affiliate agrees to:

Promote LTOYS products honestly and without misleading claims,

Respect and protect the LTOYS brand image,

Not use the LTOYS logo, brand, or visuals in any inappropriate context (e.g., adult, violent, discriminatory, illegal, or hateful content),

Comply with advertising laws and online commerce regulations.

7. Non-Compete Clause

The affiliate agrees not to develop, promote, or participate in any business directly competing with LTOYS in the brick toy segment in Luxembourg, during the term of this agreement and for 12 months following its termination.

8. Duration and Termination

This agreement is effective upon acceptance of these terms by the affiliate.

It is valid for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at any time with written notice (email is sufficient).

In the event of fraud, reputational damage, or serious breach, LTOYS may immediately terminate the affiliation and cancel any unpaid commissions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

10. Referral link validity

Your referral link is valid for 30 days from the user's first click.
